David Torno continues his look at various Expressions in After Effects with a great post on having a layered center itself between two moving layers while animating. Check out the post How to Auto Center A Layer in After Effects Between Two Moving Layers Using Expressions here.

David Torno writes: Ever have the need to have a layer stay exactly at the midpoint between two other moving layers? Well, this expression should help you out. Includes a 2D and 3D layer explanation.
