How to Share C4D Plugins, Scripts and Content Between C4D Versions

By September 9, 2014No Comments

Joseph Ciccariello shows how you can share C4D plugins, scripts and content and all of your important stuff between multiple versions of C4D. That is to say, you can have the same content browser, scripts, plugins and other things available to multiple versions of C4D, making it easy to jump back and forth between versions.

Joseph shows how to collect the content, scripts and plugins that are strewn about the HD from the C4D install and with a bit of terminal magic shows how to set it up so that all versions of C4D can see them.

Joseph notes that this can also be used for other applications like Photoshop, where you can centralize all your core items to be shared.
