Plastic Animation Paper updates to version 4, and in a surprise move is now free with no strings attached. Plastic Animation Paper (PAP) is a software package for doing 2D animation that will allow traditional animators to utilize the powerful and timesaving advantages of computers. PAP removes the need for line tests, cameras and scanners allowing artists to draw directly to the screen.

This version is for Windows only, and will not require any registration or purchase. You are free to use it on as many PCs as you want, for anything you want (home, school, professional).
