Cameron Fielding’s cMotionBlur lets you blur pretty much anything in Maya’s Viewport 2.
VP2 offers motion blur to things like transform animation, so anything that moves under a transform, that’s fine. Anything that is under a deformation move; however, there is no motion blur. This new free Maya script from Cameron Fielding can change that.

cMotionBlur applies a fast-process and approximated 3D motion blur to deforming objects in Maya’s Viewport 2 and playblasts. The Maya script can also handle transform animation, camera motion, materials, shadows, and pretty much anything interpolated on subframes in the viewport.
