Use the C4D Motion Tracker to Create Great Handheld Camera Moves

Joren Kandel offers a quick look at a unique way to use the Motion Tracker in Cinema 4D to create handheld camera moves. Using some handheld footage, Joren shows how you can quickly extract the camera motion form another shot and use it in your own shot.

This is a technique that is used a lot in composting, where if you need to simulate a handheld camera look, you can just take it from another shot. It ends up looking much more believable than and expressions or an effect ever would.

In the example, Joren is using the Pixel Lab’s Earth and Globe pack, which offers over 55 earth, globe and solar models.
