Mocha AE is a great tool for this, however if you are doing ANY type of visual effects work, Mocha Pro is almost essential… It has effectively solved a lot of the difficult and tedious tasks of visual effects work to the point that if you are doing any type of Roto work in After Effects, look around you – it may be 1996!
