Filip Kaczorek adds a suite of tools for working with ZDepth passes in After Effects called EFX Render Elements ZDepth Tools. EFX Render Elements ZDepth Tools will allow you to get the most of a ZDepth Pass in After Effects that rendered out from a 3D application. EFX Render Elements ZDepth Tools are comprised of three plugins:
- Z_Depth Compose – composite two layers based on their depth maps
- Z_Depth Cut – select pixels based on a depth map
- Z_Depth Shadow – project a layer onto depth map
