The ITV Teacher takes a look at creating a preset for an HDRI Sky Object in Cinema 4D that can have multiple materials, so in essence you can have multiple HDR images to choose from within the preset.

This can be an enormous time-saver, especially when setting up many scenes for rendering, having a preset like this provides a great starting base for getting the lighting blocked in. The preset also holds the compositing tag to hide it from camera renders.
