Using the Maya DG Profiler for Troubleshooting Maya Scenes

Autodesk’s Cory Mogk shows off the new DG Profiler in Maya 2013 which is set up to show where the performance is spent in Maya Dependency Graph and can provide some insights as to where the problems may lie in your Maya scene.

The DG Profiler shows the Node Name, Percent of Runtime, The Node Type, and the Number of Computes (self, inclusive and dirty) which can help show where and what you might optimize in your rigs.
