Calling the latest file browser “charlieWales”, Scene Tools offers a system for dealing with playblast renders, attribute locking and hiding, file references, and import options, and being non-modal, is always at hand in Maya.

Since its release in January of 2013, Scene tools has undergone extensive updates, most recently adding the CharlieWales non-modla file browser, a new save scene as command, as well as new import all or selected, alleviating the need to use Mayas Export Dialog.

Scene Tools as extensive features, geared for workflow tasks that require constant updating, exporting or referencing with things like the ability to reload current or last open scene, custom and streamline dialogs for saving the scene and export, and reference editor.
