Faking dynamics with X-Particles

By February 13, 2014No Comments

Mike Batchelor offers a look at how you can “fake dynamics” using X-Particles. Mike shows how to set something up that looks very much like it is a sofbody or a spring dynamics simulation, however it is completely faked.

[blockquote source=”Mike Batchelor – Insydium.com”]In this tutorial we take a look at using constraints with deformers to control a mesh and get a type of “Dynamic motion”[/blockquote]

Mike fakes the spring dynamics look by using constraints along side the X-Particles deformer.

This shows the power of X-Particles and how expansive it can be, as being the most fully featured, unique and expressly capable particle system for Cinema 4D. To learn more about X-Particles for Cinema 4d, check the page at Insydium here.
