Alter Curved Shapes in C4D With the ReBend Deformer Plugin

By May 29, 2014No Comments

Remember the BendChain Script for C4d? It was a handy utility for Cinema 4D that would let you actively chain bend deformers together in succession. Curious Animal’s Dan Fitzgerald recently rounded out his deformer offerings with a new plugin for C4D with ReBend.

ReBend allows you to “bend again” things that already have an inherent curve in them. For example, of you have the letter C as a 3D shape, you can use Rebend to bend it into another shape, or even straighten it out.

ReBend also provides the ability to animate between bed states, making it a flexible tool for animation as well as modeling. Check out the page for more information on the ReBend Deformer plugin for cinema 4d here.
