The C4D Motion Stretch Deformer from Curious Animal has updated with some new cache features and looping options. The C4D Motion Stretch Deformer is a plugin that will deform the object in motion, conforming it to the animation path or direction, offering a great little tool for creating motion trails or cartoon style smear frames easily.

The update to the plugin deal with the Motion Stretch deformer aching system. Now, the plugin will interpolate the cache when you are rendering at different frame rates to your project settings. This will make it much easier to output multiple formats from one file.
Also, the new cache system also accounts for a new extrapolation option that will allow you to create looped animations easily, if your initial animation precedes or continues beyond the cached time range.
The C4D Motion Stretch Deformer creates an automatic squash and stretch effect by pulling the object’s points forwards and backwards in time along the trajectory of the animation.
The deformer can be applied after things have already been animated, as a quick and effective way to add motion trails, cartoon style motion blur, or even for creating extra weight to the animation. Motion Stretch can be applied to any animated polygon object in Cinema 4D.
