Vigoro, an Offset Animation Script for After Effects

A new After Effects Script from OtherCubed promises a powerful and customizable way to create animations in minutes. Described as an offset animation tool, Vigoro will be a followup and companion to the popular Circles Script.

Vigoro is an upcoming script for After Effects that allows you to create really complex (or simple!) offset animations

Vigoro is currently in beta as we speak and is planned for a release soon. The tool will allow you to create offset animation easily in After Effects, offering much more tools and control over the (free) circles script.

Vigoro is a highly customizable tool that lets you create animations that would normally take you hours to create, in a couple of minutes. You can create a whole array of animations – from simple labels, to transitions, to full-on illustrations. Elements can be offset, and keyframed giving you plenty possibilities through control and customization.

To learn more about what will be offered with the new Vigoro After Effects script, check out the full list of the features.

Not much is known about the release date, although the Othercubed site mentions that it will be soon, and most likely have a price attached of 40-50 dollars. To learn more, sighn up for the beta, or to be notified on Vigoro’s release, Check the page here: Vigoro After Effects script for offsetting animation.

Looks nice, hope it exceds Trapcode Echospace.

By the other hand: don’t you think AE should incorporate this an many other features like a better native particle system, improve the graph editor, and many oher things that can be done via plugins and scripts, adding a hundred more bucks to it’s base price and generating a messy interface/workflow. I know AE is not just motion graphics oriented, but also a postproduction/compositing software, but I would like to see some of this stuff being incorporated to futher releases of the soft.

    What do you guys think?
