Glitchify offers tons of editable attributes within the plugin, letting you build big or small glitch effects in your project. There are a long list of attributes that you can tweet to create the glitch effect that you are looking for, such as the standard pixel sort, channel scale, RGB split, block shift, transform glitch and many more.
