Going over various ways that you can prevent an unwanted move from happening is Alpha Pixel’s, AJ Haines. His latest tutorial shows 5 different ways that you can lock objects in C4D.

Luckily Cinema 4D, like any 3D application, will offer a few different ways
to lock your objects to prevent unexpected moves or rotations from happening. They range from the standard and straightforward to some that you probably haven’t thought of yet, and includes the unconventional.
