Simulation Therapy shows how to make a fantastic cloth strands animation with X-Particles.
A new four-part tutorial from the Simulation Therapy channel shows how to create an animation with strands of cloth. The Cloth Strands tutorial looks at how to use Cinema 4D and X-Particles to create flying and flapping strips that behave like cloth in the animation.
The first part of the tutorial covers the basic workflow for setting up a single strand of cloth with X-Particles. Part two dives into using XP Modifiers and C4D’s Mograph to build upon the original strand. The last two in the series covers creating materials and setting up a render using the Redshift Renderer for an astounding final animation.
X-Particles is the ultimate particle and effects tool for Cinema 4D. Visit our friends at ToolFarm to learn more and get X-Particles.
