Joe Wu has a free arcDeformer that helps to reshape edge loops in Maya.
A new and free tool from Joe Wu (im3djoe) aims to help modelers smooth out or reshape selected edge loops in Autodesk Maya. arcDeformer for Maya creates a Bezier curve for your chosen edges. The curve comes with a panel that allows you to change the number of control points and the affected falloff. Now you can easily edit the edges by using the Bezier curve in the scene.
Get arcDeformer for Maya.
Download arcDeformer here. To install it, simply paste the script into a python tab in the Maya script editor.
