There are more than a few ways to have things automatically react to sound in Ae. With his latest tutorial, Nick Greenawalt (Motion By Nick) shows us how to make anything respond to audio, no matter what it is.

Anything includes photoshop, illustrator, or artwork created in After Effects. Once you convert the audio to keyframes and then link properties to those keyframes using expressions, it’s pretty easy.
