Dimitris Katsafouros shows a workflow for creating models on a tablet using Shapr3D and C4D on the desktop.
As tablets get more powerful, and more useful applications end up on them for artists. Some great examples of this are Procreate, Nomad Sculpt, and Shapr3D.
Shapr3D has a lot of great modeling features, all coming from CAD solid modeling workflows. The app uses the same Siemens Parasolid engine, the same one used in SOLIDWORKS.
Dimitris puts working with Shapr3D and C4D to the test, building a 3D model on the iPad, lighting it, texture it, and rendering it on the desktop.
