3DBonfire uses the Flock modifier to create a nifty fluidic waterfall effect with new C4D particles.
There is more than one way to create water-like effects in 3D; one popular one is using particles. A modifier can work in a pinch if you don’t have FLIP or MPM. Here, 3DBonfire (Markus Gonser) works with particles in Cinema 4D to create a waterfall effect that uses the flock modifier and particle cohesion to create a fluid effect.
Also, check out this tutorial from 3DBonfire, which shows how to work with the new Cinema 4D Particles system and Pyro to create a quick fluidic orb animation setup. Visit that tutorial here.
