By July 26, 2021No Comments

Julian Field shows how you can use a combination of Xpresso and MoGraph to create a Buoyancy simulation in C4D.

Julian Field (the Xpresso Mechanic) has been on a bit of a tear lately, offering a new tutorial every week. His latest shows how you can create a buoyancy simulation in Cinema 4D by using Xpresso and the Mograph module. The tutorial shows how you can make a realistic animation of a boat that floats on the water.

The end result gives you a versatile setup where you can animate a lot of the attributes in the animation. The techniques are shown here you can use to produce a wide variety of setups for the boat and that includes even making it sink.
