Animating a simple paper loop is one thing, but adding little details like a line-biol to type and other embellishments goes a long way. A great example is this new tutorial from Robin “Robstacle” Sinnaeve that shows how to set up an animated paper texture loop in After Effects.

Sinnaeve uses his free-to-download paper texture loop that is a sequence of PNG files. Watch Robin put together a neat little loop animation using posterize time and a wiggle expression, plus some other setup tricks. Download the PNG sequence paper textures here.
