There is no official list for Command IDs from Adobe when building scripts or extensions in After Effects. Weird? No worries, though. Check out this updated searchable list that Justin Taylor created. With it, you can find any command IDs for any version of Adobe After Effects.

Thankfully Command IDs exist as a backup option to execute certain operations that you can’t accomplish through the provided API alone.
