Digital Creator School shows how you can better edit tangents in Maya’s Graph Editor.

Autodesk recently released Maya 2023.2, and with it comes some much-needed new Graph Editor controls for tangents. Animators can now easily edit tangents with the new Graph Editor Tangent controls that add Angle and Weight options to the Graph Editor toolbar.

Tangent controls also provide an easy way to change multiple in and out tangents at once. Digital Creator School’s Lucas Ridley shows how the new feature works and what’s possible.
