This new tutorial from Valeri Hudedatov (Valeri Visuals) shows how to make those classic speed lines so often associated with Anime in Adobe After Effects. Valeri shows how to use one of AE’s basic particle systems to create the dashed lines and then uses the Motion Tile effect to get a grid pattern moving for the ground.
