Quixel posts a first look at how dDo actually works within Photoshop and a guide for how the workflow looks for using dDo for texturing work.
Recently Quixel made a splash by announcing a new product dDo, which is a plugin for Photoshop that will allow you to bring in a 3D Model and it’s UVs so that it can be mapped and textured without ever having to leave Photoshop.
Learn the basics of dDo by watching this start-to-finish introductory workflow tutorial
Quixel dDo looks pretty flexible with its ability to work non-destructively and paint without actually committing change to a map until you are certain, but more importantly we are able to see for the first time, a complete start to finish project using dDo showing its workflow within Photoshop.
