Daniele De Luca provides a short look at how to create curve leaves with Sapling addon, using a trick that can be used to add some more realism to the models that Sapling generates.
Here I show how to curve the leaves of trees generated with the Sapling addon for Blender
Daniele uses the UV and edit selection mode in order to select the leaves and then uses individual origin movements against the leaf’s normals to create the curved shapes. Daniele notes that this example uses rectangular leaves, but it can also be used on hexagonal ones as well.
