Resize Your C4D Render Output Without Changing Perspective

New Cinema 4D Plugin from Fuchs & Vogel Lets You Change Your Render Output Size Without Altering Scene Perspective

Making the “canvas” bigger is easier done in 2D than in 3D. Changing the render output settings to be larger will unfortunately also change the perspective in your shot. IF this is something to keep you can do a bit of maths to figure out what those values should be, or you can get a new C4D plugin from Fuchs & Vogel: FuV CanvasSize.

The plugin lets you change the height and width of your composition without issues. Freely resize your render output without changing the perspective, just like the canvas in Photoshop. Just select an anchor point and type in the new height or width.

FuV CanvasSize is a tag-based plugin for C4D and lets you restore your original camera at any time. It also provides realtime feedback, and automtated resolution adjutment in your active render setting.

Changing width and height of your composition is no longer a problem in Cinema 4D. You can now resize your render output without altering the perspective, just like the canvas in Photoshop. Select an anchor point and type in the new height or width.
