Steven Roselle Highlights some of the modeling improvements in Maya 2012 pretty much from the demonstration that was given at NAB, however, he also goes into a sneak look at some of the soon-to-be-realeased Bonus Tools for Maya 2012. Check out the post and videos here.

Some of the Maya 2012 Bonus Tools shown include Extrude Faces and Preserve UVs, Store Transform Values, New and Improved Layer Viewer, Flip UVs Horizontal or Vertical against the last selected UV taking advantage of Maya 2012’s ability to track component selections in MEL, and a new Bonus Tool that will Rename Textures in Hypershade based on source names.
