John P. Neumann shows a tip on how to move skinned joints in Maya WITHOUT having to unbind an already bound skin to do it… what a marvelous thing!
You can check out John’s site at Animate-Shmanimate and you can always follow him on the Twitters (@ArrantSquid) for sweet gems of info on rigging and python and Pymel.

Maya – Move Skinned Joints Without Unbinding from John P. Neumann on Vimeo.
