A Preview of Distributed Rendering Feature New to VRAYforC4D

Following the VRAYforC4D development roadmap, Stefan Laub shows off a feature which will allow you to use distributed rendering in V-Ray for Cinema 4D in the easiest way possible.

this is showing V-Ray DR on C4D with extreme high amount of objects and high polygons, in addition it shows a preview of rendering with cuda GPU via standalone of the DR vrscene file from c4d

VRAYforC4D is a third party implementation of V-Ray in the Cinema 4D environment providing a customized interface to the V-Ray rendering engine, and here looking at the implementation of the planned Distributed Rendering feature, it is dead simple, almost amazingly so.

The Distributed Rendering implementation for VRAYforC4D will allow for rendering of an animation or even a single image across multiple computers, with the rendering buckets all working as normal showing everything directly in the picture viewer and even the editor. this is a similar feature to the one found in V-Ray for Maya and is found in the beta version via the standalone vray version (needs no c4d installation on the nodes, no netrender).
