Craig Barr shows off the new multitouch gestures that are now available in Autodesk Mudbox with the release of the Service Pack 3. We have actually seen a sneak look at the multitouch gestures in Mudbox a while back, suggesting that they might be implemented into Mudbox, and sure enough – here they are.

Craig Barr, demonstrates the touch gestures of MudBox (Service Pack 3) using the Wacom Cintiq 24HD touch and the Intuos5 touch pen tablet. Orbit models with one finger, zoom and pan with two fingers, pivot and rotate, and more

Craig shows that you are not only able to navigate through the 3D scene in Mudbox, but you can also change brush attributes such as size, hardness, etc. and also shows the undo mapped to a three finger swipe, and the Wacom’s Express keys for stepping through subdivision levels in Mudbox.
