cmiVFX releases New Maxon Cinema 4D Advanced Particles series using such tools as TurbulenceFD, PShade, and TP Partio. Hosted by Sam Welker, the series looks at how to create particle animations that are driven by fluid simulations, and how to manage and render scenes with high particle counts in Cinema 4D with the Hair Renderer.

This series will show you how to create particle animations driven by smoke simulation and rendered rapidly with the Cinema 4D hair renderer

Sam also takes a look at caching particle simulations using the TP Partio from 908Productions, which is available on AEScripts as a plugin for Cinema 4D that will allow you to cache and write Cinema 4D’s Thinking Particles to disk, providing some interchange flexibility between applications.

Included is an extensive look  to using PShade in Cinema 4D as an alternative renderer. The series in all covers simulating Turbulence FD in Cinema 4D, simulating Thinking Particles, rendering thinking particles with hair in Cinema 4D, and rendering thinking particles with PShade.
