Maze Trace is actually provided freely by CreativeTools and will allow you to create interesting splines as a series of connected pipes. Maze Trace will connect the points of your objects with their nearest neighbors, generating interesting and complex-looking splines with the Maze Trace Generator and the Point Trace helper.
