Taking a look into some of the new features that were added into VRayforC4D 1.8, Josef Bsharah shows how to use the round edges effect in V-Ray to create beveled edges and rounded corners as a post rendering effect, rather than facilitating bevels through geometry.

In this tutorial we take a closer look at the new Round Edges feature in the new VRayforC4D

Josef shows how to incorporate the Round Edges effect with various objects and scene files in Cinema 4D, providing some tips for getting the best results with native Cinema 4D objects, as well as imported objects from CAD or other meshes that you may encounter.
