Technical Artist Madoodia Shows Off Custom 2D Character Tools in Maya

Technical / FX Artist Mahmoodreza Aarabi shows off some of his 2D character rigging and animation tools within Autodesk Maya. The tools are in-house tools that offer an easy way to rig and manage cutout 2D characters in Maya. Madoodia shows off a biped and quadruped auto rigging tool, as well as a custom pose manager. Some pretty nice stuff- would love to get my hands on this rather than using After Effects.

    Were the characters modeled in Maya as well?

      yes all models created in maya as plane.and camra is set on Front camera.

      Actually modeling process is so easy.(i want to automatic it later in a seperate tool)
