A new tool offered through aescripts is AutoSway – a simple and easy way to add secondary animation or swaying motion to any layer or object in After Effects.

AutoSway can add a simple swaying motion to layers in After Effects, or even incorporate lag and drag to a shape creating flexible bends.
AutoSay works by using After Effects Puppet Pins to create a rig for both 2D and 3D layers in After Effects. Check out the AutoSway Script on aescripts + aeplugins here.
