Darren Van Coller walks through the workflow for bringing in and using RealFlow simulations and effects in Modo. Darren covers bringing in RealFlow in two ways.

The first method requires bringing in particle .bin files in Modo, and also using emReader to bring in RealFlow simulations.

emReader allows you to quickly load and render indexed geometry cache files. It does this without the need to import them. emReader has support for a few file formats, which include the RealFlow .bin and also the OBJ file format.

This tutorial shows you step by step how to import RealFlow liquid particles & meshes into MODO without importing the actual geometry data.
