French Artist, Romain Chauliac, also known online as WiZiX, will be documenting and recording screen sessions of his latest project, Kerrigan. Project Kerrigan will follow Romain Chauliac’s efforts in pushing a 2D illustration into the 3D realm.
The first of the series, provided some insights into Romain’s process, and offered tips and tricks for rendering with Octane Render for Maya. The second establishes hard surface modeling techniques belonging to one of the components that will make up the final project.
It is important to note that these will be breakdowns, not true tutorials per se. Some will simply be screen recordings of what Romain is doing in the project.
Some are free, some will be paid. Romain Chauliac is the real deal, so it is still a great watch to see someone put something together on this level.
