Visual Effects and Motion graphics artist Tim van Helsdingen posts a look into how to send a Pyro Effect to a FLIP simulation with Houdini.

Since Tim posted an animation of a Houdini smoke plume created by Pyro that transitions into a fluid, then hitting the ground, many have asked how it was created.

Even though Tim has only been using Houdini for a short 3 months (from Cinema 4D), he has posted a quick look into his process.
