Effect Matte lets you create, control and keyframe a matte instantly. The best part is that it eliminates the need to set up and create a track matte, leaving your timeline nice and clean. The plugin allows you to precisely control and keyframe the matte’s expansion, roundness, feathering, and position. The plugin also offers full control over transformations meaning that you can easily transition in and out of your active layer using a single based slider.
