Romain Chauliac Releases Cable Script Adding Dynamics and a Dockable Panel.

Cable script, a specialized tool that allows you to create cables in Autodesk Maya easily, sees a new version that adds the ability to dangle the cables naturally using dynamics. Also unique is the ability to create curves from selected object edges, and a newly revamped interface. You are now able to dock the panel on all sides of the Maya interface. Also, the script interface includes the ability to add materials to the geometry quickly.

The script uses the Paint FX strokes engine to create the geometry, giving users plenty of flexibility and control, along with clean UV’s. The script works with Maya 2014 to 2019 for Windows and MacOS. Cable script only costs $15, and if you purchased version 1, you get v2 for free.
