Jonathan Winbush shows a quick tip for keeping your trees vertical in C4D when using the Matrix and Mograph Cloner in C4D.

If you find yourself scattering objects for environments using the Matrix cloner in C4D, sometimes things go sideways, literally. You can quickly fix this according to Jonathan Winbush who shows how to keep your grass and trees vertical with this new quick tip tutorial.

“In this quick tip I show you how to make your plants or object all go vertical when scattering across uneven terrain,” Winbush says. You can use this tip for both the Matrix object and the Mograph cloner in Cinema 4D. The question arose from Winbush’s last tutorial that showed how to use the Matrix object to get better scattering results.
