A new tutorial from TipTuts’ Matthew Fryer dives into the complexities of creating an entire character animation and scene using Adobe Animate 2020. Computer 2D animation tools range from Adobe After Effects, to Spine, Moho, and Adobe Animate (Formerly Flash). 

Animate has some great animation tools, albeit mashed together with an entire scripting environment that makes it weird. Still, if you want to get a hand-animated look to your work and if you’re going to rig and animate a character animation and scene Adobe Animate is excellent.
