A new script for Autodesk Maya by Graciliano Camargo allows you to have versioning without disturbing your workflow. The tool was born out of necessity. “This script was written out of my own frustration in using incremental save tools available,” Camargo describes. “Soon enough, I would end up with dozens of numbered files that didn’t mean much when I needed to revert to a previous version.”
