Scale Multiple UDIMs Proportionally.
In Autodesk Maya 2018 and up, the UV toolkit allows you to change the pivot against your selection. It also has two modes: a Selection and a UV Area mode. Setting the pivot to the UV origin and then telling it to scale the UV area is a simple way to shrink or grow your UV tiles proportionally all at once without any fuss.
