Motion Design School shows a simple way to create lip-sync animation in After Effects.

Characters in a scene may mean lip-sync animation as well. While everyone has their own methods for creating this type of animation, there is a pretty standard, quick way in After Effects that’s widely used. Check out this new tutorial from the folks at Motion Design School that shows the easiest way.

“In this short video, we are showing one of the easiest ways to create lip-sync in After Effects.” The method requires no plugins or scripts and uses Ae’s Time Remapping and a controller to select the right pose in the time remapped composition.
