Motion Science shows how you can quickly set the correct white balance using a layer and a blend mode.

Cameron Pierron ( from Motion Science) shows a super-easy way that you can use to set the white balance on an image or footage in Adobe After Effects. 

The technique is effortless and only uses an extra layer and a blend mode. “This method will save you a lot of time because it is better to work smarter, not harder.” Pierron says. 

All you have to do is create a solid using a color that you know should be white, and then use the divide blend mode.
