How to Simulate Clone Objects With Proxies in Cinema 4D

Maxon’s Jonas Pilz shows how to simulate clone objects using proxy geometry in Cinema 4D.

Everything is coming up sims in C4D now that dynamic tools got some updates. Check out this new tutorial from Maxon Training Team’s Jonas Pilz (@jonaspilz3d) that shows how to use proxy objects. You will need a cloner object for the geometry and a cloner setup for the cages. The idea is to connect them using Connect Object.

Jonas shows the correct setup of Cloners, Connect objects, and a Mesh deformer to make this work.
